Nice friendly staff nice facility very quick to get my issue fixed One issue I had was since they had to remove my batteries they didn’t bother to run an extension cord to plug my fridge in so I lost about $100 worth of groceries

Service is terrible and they ignore complaints and the management don't care about its customers. I was over charged a couple of times and I never got the issue resolved. I was ignored. Beware and pay close attention to your bill.

Truck Centers helped us out, picking up the ball where are dealer dropped it. The Dealer (Midwest RV) didn't register us as owners with Freightliner, so we didn't get recall notice. We learned this when the dashboard failed. Truck Center staff were quick to research the issues, worked with Freightliner, corrected the problem under warranty, and kept us updated on status throughout the process. I will definitely return to Truck Centers for any work we need in the future.
