Mike did a great job. Our washing machine was causing a backup due to a clog under the floor. Mike diagnosed the issue, explained what he needed to do and why. He kept the mess to a minimum by cleaning along the way. He was very polite and the equipment he used was well kept. I wouldn't want anyone else to do the work. Mike is an expert in his field, and clearly knowledgeable. And did I mention how polite he was. I will recommend him to anyone who asks.
