Terrible customer service. The guy upfront was very disrespectful. I was going to grab a drink and that guy tells me in an bad tone of voice that I have to check in and that my daughter is not allowed to be there due to age restrictions. I totally understand that there are rules. But, there is ways of telling people things with out being so aggressive. If he would of been polite I wouldn’t take it in a bad way. My job requieres me to travel to different states and from all the planet fitness I have been too, this has been the worse experience I have had. I’m sure this will affect this place in the future. If he talked to me this way I’m sure he will continue this with other people. It will be only a matter of time where they keep losing customers. Esporta down the road was way better in this town. It’s really interesting that one planet fitness can make an impact on all. I’m canceling my membership ship with them.

If you are looking for a gym I’d recommend not to join this one. I joined this gym sometime around February and decided to cancel because I moved to a new apartment farther away. Then I rejoined because I decided that I would just go on my way home from work. I was charged an annual fee twice. Now I’m relocating completely out of state and went in to cancel my membership and they tell me that I’m gonna get charged for my last month tomorrow. Planet fitness will literally take every dime they can from you.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. The environment is welcoming and relaxing, well ventilated and spaced. The machines are easy to operate and kept clean. It's a great place to work out.

I appreciate the duplicate workout machines that allow people to move through without waiting for one to open up. They are easy to operate. I also appreciate the long rows of elliptical machines and treadmills that have allowed me to be distant from others during the COVID period. I appreciate that the music is cranked since I prefer to listen to my own headphones. The staff have been courteous and helpful so far and the place is kept clean.

I am a customer and cannot answer for Planet Fitness. Personally, I cannot see a reason why not. Just go in and ask. The worst they can say is no.
Planet Fitness does indeed have free weights. They also have an intimidation free environment. The intent is to encourage you to use all their equipment without hassle. I would go in and talk to people using the gym. You'll like what you hear.
Yes very good bed's but have to have Black Card membership 21.95 month
