Shady business practices. Bait and switch on membership sign ups. Make you think you’re signing up for 12 months when in actuality it’s longer without telling you. When you try to get problems resolved they pass you along to someone else indefinitely, never giving answers or making an attempt to help.

Good gym, I like that you can use any location. Needs more stuff tho. Dry sauna, punching bag. Price comparable to other gyms that give those features. Overall nice, clean place to workout. 24/7 option as well.

What is the green solution in the spray bottles? I was told it was a degreaser not a disinfectant.

A parent has to sign them up. Not sure if parent has to be there when working out. You should sign up for training with James Caruso.
