I am so thankful to have found this laundromat and to have met James. I was going to another place and it had become unsafe. My boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try after driving by so many in the neighborhood. When I first walked in James the attendant was so nice and very helpful. He greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed anything he was there. He keeps the place really nice and clean, I love his music and he’s always there helping me. I really like coming here talking with him and I feel safe. He continues to be nice and greet with a smile and the place is always clean and the machines are always working. I can’t say enough about him and the laundromat. Very nice and I am thankful. Thank you Torry

There are many machines and every time I’m there they are all in working order. ATM, bill/coin exchange machines always work. Attendants are present but it’s hit or miss. They are VERY nice and helpful and keep it clean. Be aware Bathroom is locked when no attendant there. Clean, plenty of rolling baskets & folding tables, good air circulation (heat and AC). Maybe 8 or 9 parking places in smallish lot. 4 stars (and this IS NOT their fault) because the roaming homeless/addicted people are heavy presence outside and sometimes inside. Not the greatest area. I had to call cops once - quite scary fight erupted, 4 drunk high men. One also walked up on and touched a female customer. So this definitely affects experience. Usually it’s just normal people minding own biz and doing laundry. The building is for sale so I don’t know their future. I’ll continue to go here unless I find a close-by safer alternative. If there is one more incident I won’t go back.

I went there the other night after my usual laundromat had closed for the evening and am DAMN glad I did! The gentleman working (Stan) was not only very helpful in helping me acquaint myself with the place, but his overt friendliness and the kindness that he exuded was overwhelming! Honestly, in large part to his presence, Wash City has ceased to be my "in case of emergency or late night" laundromat, but is now my "it's Wednesday, time to do the weekly loads" laundromat. I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially on a weekend or beginning of the week (at night) place to wash your skivvies!

I come to this laundromat every Sunday because of the impeccable service and efficient machines. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Recently they hired a new employee named Stanley. Every time I enter the building, he says hello with a big smile on his face. He’s always picking up after the customers and is very approachable if I have any questions. I give this establishment a 5/5 stars!

Hello, Kirsten, I'm a valued customer such as yourself 😁 and the largest size washer I've used was about $9.75 and that was putting in 3 HUGE TRASH BAGS full of comforters, clothes, and thick towels... The next size down is about $5.50-$5.75 aaaaand AGAIN for the price it's a big washing machine 👏 I pray this helps they are rrrrreally nice people over there as well 🙏
I actually was traveling and needed to catch a flight that was leaving at 5 a.m. and did laundry there at 2 a.m. and it was extremely safe.
