I called the park at 7:20 pm. Normaly when someone answers they will say the office is closed, well this guy said its 8:20 here why are you calling now, I said for a space and I asked why he answered the phone, he said for his guests, well good for them, I think it would have been nice if he just told me the office was closed, but there are many RV parks in Durango to choose from. I will never be a guest there. I have never had this response and it is not acceptable

Perfect quaint well kept campground . While this campground does not have bathrooms or a pool it makes up for all that with a warm welcome on arrival and 25 spacious level sites ! Behind our site is a warm spring stream and across the street is a Hot Springs Spa. This Campground offers a great location and is priced extremely reasonable . We most definitely recommend this campground.

Great RV park on the north side of Durango. Staff is helpful and great to work with. Very quiet park and clean park with a hot spring/pool resort across the street. Great view of the mountains and you can hear and see the Durango Train coming by. 15 minutes gets you back into the city!

Very nice and clean RV campground. Management staff is friendly, other campers were chill, and everyone was quiet and the whole place was nice and dark at night for awesome views of the stars. A geothermal creek runs along the one edge of the park, which is really neat to see and feel naturally hot water (just be careful, it can get dangerously scalding hot, so warn children and watch your pets). In all, highly recommended. We've stayed here 3 different times.
