This used to be an excellent park that had respectful owners but recently there have been dog walkers taking over the big dog park with large groups of dogs including pitts. This has forced many big dog owners to go into the timid dog park which defeats the purpose. Would be nice if the rules of no commercial activity was enforced.

Two separate areas. Water, some shade, easy free parking. It's a little weird to find but the Google map is correct.

Just a big dirt lot. It is 50/50 if we stop here. Usually go to the grass area by the bathrooms. There is a spot behind the gates. So it is like you have your own spot. Don't have to worry about other people or dogs bothering you.

Yes, except thr Frenchies at the small dog side. They're crazy.
Pretty much after dark. Ultimately the park rangers lock it up between 8p & 9p. Unfortunately the park has no night lighting.
Because they aren't as invested in their dogs welfare. It's a low paying job for them. They just put their dogs off leash and tune out on their phones, and don't notice if their dogs start fights or trouble. Sometimes they come with eight dogs. Unable to police then all. It's a problem.
