This subway gets worst each time we go, but today was ridiculous. I had my boyfriend go in and grab me a sandwich after a long day, and the guy in there was incredibly RUDE. First of all they all just stared at him as he walked in, he asked if they were open and they go “yea, we’re all just staring at you”. THEN as he made the sandwich, He stood there and asked my boyfriend if he was on something because he looks weird. Who does that?? He said that the manager gave the guy a look but why, as a manager, would you not step in after that?? I’ve been in a management position, the kid would have been in the office as the last word left his mouth. The store is run by disrespectful children and needs a new OWNER completely. On top of all that, the sandwich is not right and there’s barley anything that is right on it, it’s like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Terrible location and I suggest everyone go to the Corydon or Floyd’s knobs one.

Update: March 10 2022 Husband picked up a 12 inch on white chicken baha. When he brought it to me it was made with the pressed ground chicken strips instead of the rotisserie. When I called in The lady said the girl asked what chicken he wanted to use. No, you don't substitute unless asked. That messes count up at night and causes a loss. He said she is lying to cover her mistake. The lady on the phone said they could replace it if we drove two cities back over but tried to act like it was my husbands fault that their workers are poorly trained and then lied. Just went in there. Cannot toast sandwiches, no sweet onion sauce for teriyaki but they don't tell you that until the end. So you waste money on sandwiches you won't eat. Place has gone down hill. Palmyra needs a better restaurant.

Update: Rude Lady no longer in at Subway, so hopefully happy experiences from here on out! The older lady working today around 4:15 has an attitude. I can understand being overworked since I got there right around same time as a number of others and it's right after school and the guy working had just clocked out so ok. You don't have to be friendly but are you seriously going to get upset because I asked you to get me another thing of cookies after the bag you where using dropped to the floor? Seriously? "It was only the bag" was her response before getting me another and tossing it on the counter like she was having a fit. To make it worse, the cookies were not cooked all the way! And this is not the first time I have gotten them like that from here but last time I brushed it off with maybe it was because they where still hot. Not this time. Lady in the picture was the one being rude and cussing.
