First time visiting Prospect Park and Kimberly Crest Mansion. Beautiful grounds for walking around and biking. Colorful trees and plants. Orange π trees. Well manicured homes nearby too. Can't wait to return and walk outside the parks neighborhoods and see the Victorian and Craftsman Bungalow homes.

Great views with multiple paths and areas to sit with benches and water fountains. Bathrooms are at the top.

Prospect park is a very nice quiet place to go to relax, exercise or even to have lunch. There are always people there but they are never loud. It's been used for weddings and there is a small amphitheater there also that is used regularly throughout the year.

Yes
Redlands is a city rich in history and I grew up there. Many people claim to have seen a female ghost at night in Prospect Park. I have been in the Park many times at night and have never seen anything like that.
Just passed it on the way downtown. It's pretty quiet today.
The dog policy at Prospect is the same as in all parks in Redlands: Your dog is welcome as long as it is on an (at least) six foot leash that is actively being held by you. The only exception is Ford Dog Park, which is off-leash when inside the enclosure.
Sure
It is a public park. I don't think there are any rules against them. To be safe, you should probably check with the city.of Redlands
There is nothing to suggest that there are any ghosts here and the park is closed during the night time hours anyway
Nope. The park is free to the public. They do have a theater festival over the summer and they do charge for tickets. Otherwise no
Prospect Park and Kimberly Crest are separate. The park is open dawn to dusk, so you can be there regardless of KC'S opening status.
No reservations, but best to get there early as the lower area with the tables is popular.
No
Yes , by the sidewalk part of the park
