Horrible experience! One lady was very hateful and kept shaking her head at us because they got our order wrong. They took the sandwich back and was going to pick off what we didn't want. We will never be back!

Horrible experience, would not consume food from this location. Manager was extremely unhelpful. I feel bad for whoever owns this money pit. With zero quality, cleanliness and customer service you will loose money on this place. I am embarrassed for Subway that it licensed this place. Local health department should intervene for health reasons. Owner needs to clean house and hire a decent manager.

Spent 3 days with my wife at Barns Jewish hospital in St. Louis and after eating hospital fool for three days thought we would stop and get something good to eat before returning home to southern Indiana. WRONG'.Subway in grayville Illinois should be shut down,to make it short and sweet I found a toasted FLY in the second half of my sandwich. The kid behind the counter didn't believe me until I showed him. After contacting subway headquarters I received a return email saying they would replace my food if I like to return to the grayville location. No way in hell will I ever set foot back in that place. Thanks for nothing subway headquarters.
