I was so excited to check out Winfield House after reading an article in Lifestyle magazine. Unfortunately, during my time in the store, I was never greeted. I saw at least 4 employees and not one gave me the time of day. I had items in hand to purchase but after walking around and getting no help, I put the items down and left. I will say, it was my day off so I was in a sweatshirt…not sure if they assumed I couldn’t afford to buy the items or what. I frequently purchase home decor for myself and clients and sadly, I will not be shopping here. It’s unfortunate because they have lovely items but they need to work on customer service and treating customers with more respect.

I love Winfield House! This is a little jewel in Lawrence and the team is so accommodating and helpful. They carry a special candle that my daughter loves. I wanted to get some for her birthday and luckily they had them in stock. I live in the Kansas City area and wasn’t going to be able to pick them up before her birthday. Sammy offered to bring them to Kansas City so I would have them in time for her birthday. My daughter was thrilled and I was thrilled with the high level of service they offer. This store gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me! Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing! The best furniture we have ever had! Anyone that sits on our couches or chairs comments how comfortable and gorgeous! I highly recommend! Sammy was a great pleasure to work with! We will absolutely be back in the future!

When you walk into Winfield House, you are greeted and welcomed, even if you're just there to browse. (That's not true of other furniture stores downtown.) If you want help, designers are at hand. If you are there for quality furniture, you're in the right place. Want something at a reasonable price? You're in the right place. We had Sammy's support throughout the process of designing a living room and bedroom in our new home. She listened to what we had in mind, and she came up with something we'd never considered. Our new spaces are comfortable, bright, and they are beautiful, as well. We are loving all the Winfield touches!
