Ms. Angela who answers your all's phone is so RUDE! She talks to people like she is better than them. She claims that volunteers can't talk on the phone but yet this is supposed to be a Non-profit organization. Which means all would be volunteers except for the people that own this business. When you have somebody at the front it is supposed to be the face and the voice of your service and they hang up on you multiple times and they talk to you like they're better than you I would not want to deal with it or have any of my family in this kind of a situation please do your research before using this program.

The woman that answered the phone was extremely extremely rude. I asked if there was room in their shelter and she almost yelled at me "this ain't a shelter". I said "ok" (Didnt know what else to say" She said "yeah this ain't a shelter its transitional living". She made me feel stupid and I hung up.
