I was a shell of a person entering Triumph's services. On the brink of losing my only son, I was seeking desperately for someone to give me another chance. From PCAP services, to the Parenting and Pregnant Women's Program, and eventually IOP, every experience has been pivotal in my journey to recovery. I was encouraged, comforted, and made to feel safe which is exactly what my soul needed at the time. I believe there is something special about Triumph and it's employees, and I would recommend their program to anyone struggling from addiction.

Just released today! I had my fair share of issues while in my 28 day program. Healthcare concerns, nutritional guidines not followed and aggressive patients (emotional, mental and physical). Safety concerns being handled behind the scenes I'm sure but none the less scary. You take what you can from a program that is understaffed and over worked. The office staff are attempting thier best with what is expected of them. I agree timing of Apts ( over a week to schedule an LAB draw), medication (not refilled but NEEDED, and 3 months supply of medication I brought with me) and 50% of my meals were without proper nutrition. Meals were to be High protein and low Fiber. Lactose and sugar free. No soup. The list was approved and provided yo staff however not addressed meal by meal. From shredded cheese being brought along with a container of tomatoes and pickels....no protien. Ofyen meals were skipped. I was also given a partial cooked turkey burger as a replacement. My hardest Health barriers were a daily occurrence. Inspirations- Triumph.

This place is horrible Definitely would not recommend. This place will literally make you go insane. Emma is power hungry with control issues and not a good counselor at all. She doesn't help solve problems, I suggest replacing her with someone with less control issues and more problem solving skills.

We do not allow vape, regardless of nicotine content. In regard to our PPW program, if you have a medical reason to not use the nicotine patch, you will need medical verification of this and then we can help with lozenges or gum as needed. Hope this answer helps!
Thank you for the feedback! We are so happy we were able to meet your needs!
I went through detox first they got me referred.
Yes they are.
No it is not, it is 16 women, but it is the best treatment service ever!! I just got out today and it was awesome!
Absolutely!
The regular Zoom app is all you need! We have the healthcare version to ensure confidentiality and privacy laws are adhered to from our end!
The topic of a Higher Power is deeply personal. We don't try to project this on to any of our patients but will support patients in this process based on their goals and needs while in our program. We do encourage 12-step attendance as it has been so effective for so many for such a long time!

I can't tell how old this question is. As of today (07/11), I have no notice about phone outages.
