I love Lou Malnati's! This location doesn't have dine-in, but the takeout is good. For me, there's not enough sauce on the standard pizza, so I order it with extra sauce, and it's delicious. The frozen takeout pizza is also great. I take it out of the pan for the last few minutes of baking to get the bottom crispy. It's basically as good as fresh takeout.

Ordered a deep dish pizza. Well what I thought was a deep dish pizza. What I got was a thin crest, very little sauce and very little cheese. Not even close to a deep dish pizza. Spent 25 dollars with a coupon for a cracker with some spinach and tomato on it.

Even though they advertise curbside service and the confirmation for my online order instructions were for curbside pickup, the young lady did not provide the service. I've only ordered two times and the staff always brought the pizza out. I don't mind going in, but it was warm and I had my dogs in the car and she saw my vehicle. I spoke to the manager and all I heard was excuses. Managers should not make excuses when the company policy is on the confirmation email and webpage with the order number, just retrain staff or remove the curbside advertisement on the website and confirmation email.
