Victor O. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding our t.v purchased. Definitely recommend him to anyone in need of assistance. He was professional, caring, and wants to help the customer to ensure they get the best quality and assurance of their purchase. The reason I gave them a 4 star was because the microwave we purchase was broken. It wasn't because of the way it was handled from the store to the home either. The glass plate had broken lines in the middle so had to drive back to make an exchange the next day. Open and check the merchandise before taking it home with you to avoid the inconvenience. They don't even try offering a small discount either. Gas ain't cheap either right now.

One of my guilty pleasures even just to go in and window shop. See all the new things in tech. My only critic is that when you do have a question why is it so hard to find a staff member. Also why do the employees act like they don't know what your talking about when you show them a deal on the app? Either management need to communicate better or they are trying to act like they don't know so you pay full price.

Bought tv online as open box satisfactory as shown. Picked up said tv and went home about 4 miles away only to realize the power cord wasn't included. Returned the next day to obtain said power cord that should be included with all TVs otherwise stated and 2 employees refused to give me one even though, according to website and comments under this specific open box condition, no accessories or non essential items were missing from box. Suffice to say this best buy is dead to me. Probably should have been partly my fault considering I didn't check box before they loaded it into my car and I did not directly talk to the manager but that that point they took up already too much of my time. Instead I bought one on Amazon for a 3rd of the cost they were selling one of their branded power cords. The best the employee could do was give me 25% off the $10 cord.
