I literally just got this, when I picked it out, it was not cracked nor chipped, unfortunately when I unwrapped it, and used it, I noticed it. 😖I'm not sure if the guy who wrapped it, accidentally tipped it somehow, idk but if he did this, it is unfair, he should've at least let me know he accidentally chipped it or something... I love this place, but I guess some employees aren't careful nor considerate
