Very excellent place with outstanding Customer Service. Needed help transferring a 2012 Nissan Leaf being gifted to me from OR. Spoke twice with a wonderful knowledgeable clerk. She did the research for me with the WA DOR and printed out a quote for me of $149 total for transfer, tag and title. Made the mistake of going to Westside, since I work nearby, where I was treated abysmally and with outright insolence. And quoted $1000 more. Returned to Tri-Cities Auto Licensing and forgot my quote papers. There was a different clerk and she didn't know how to do a gifted EV with the rebate. Fortunately, she was very kind and patient and so was her manager. They called the state office in Olympia. They talked her through the process and the quote was right on the money. I used to work in a Tax Collector's Office. The service here was phenomenal. Highly highly recommend.

Absolutely great experience. Had issues with California transferring my title into Washington. Cane to their office in uptown and I was in and out with new plates and registration faster than I've ever had in any state or other office. Best vehicle registration experience I've ever had and I've registered hundreds of cars in multiple states. I will always be returning here for this.
