Went in for nexplanon implant and was very pleased with friendliness of staff. I was formerly a platinum women's health patient and wow what a difference this place was right when walking through the door. The front staff actually greets you with a smile and are very welcoming. The medical staff were very friendly and professional as well. While this place is not a full OB/GYN office I would def recommend at least going to their website and considering them if you have a need for any of the services they offer.

Everyone was very nice and I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. However they are not very knowledgeable about Lichen Sclerosus, but the person who examined me pretended to be. Even pronounced it wrong. Not all areas with LS were even examined. They also did not preform a brest examination. They did not even have me take off my shirt or bra. Update: went to pick up my prescription I have been using for LS, and wrong prescription was called in.

Respectful, honest and knowledgeable staffs. All my qualms and questions were answered. The clinic was neat and clean, even if it’s inside a not so new building. Service was fast but I don’t feel being rushed. They seemed to have a great system. Less than an hour for a consultation, urinalysis and pap smear. By the way, I booked an appointment just a day before. I’m a happy new patient.

Everyone there was very nice and professional. They made me feel very comfortable. I liked that there wasn't a lot of people in the waiting room so I didn't have to wait long and the facility was clean. First visit but I'll definitely go back instead of going elsewhere.
