Buyer beware. Bought two slam balls that were defective and tried to return them within the 30 day exchange window stated on the receipt and was told that they don't take exchanges or returns. I was shocked because I've been a customer here for 10 years and have never had an issue. I guess things changed when they got big, pretty sad to lose a customer over something so petty. Bottom line. I'd avoid them as they sell low quality Chinese made equipment and refuse honor their own warranty printed on the receipt.

These guys are legit. The rack that I purchased is perfect, and truly well built. But what is even more impressive is their customer service. I've had my rack for 3 years, and I noticed there was a small part missing. Louie immediately sent it to me... 3 years after my purchase. That's what you call standing behind your products. Highly recommended for both quality and customer service.

I've been going to ETE in Huntington Beach to stock my garage gym for some time. The facility is clean, well stocked and Ralph is knowledgeable and friendly. If you're looking for training equipment, it's your one stop shop. Highly recommended!
