I've been working as an armed officer at Allstate for about 3 months and I plan to stay here for a VERY long time. I've had no issues with my hours OR pay. I have always been paid on time and have always gotten the hours and OT I have requested. Dispatch is great and easy to communicate with. Yusuf is a great manager and tries to make sure there is a schedule that is right for you. I would absolutely recommend working here and would especially recommend armed officers to apply. The pay is great and you are for the most part, in a great work environment.

I Came To Fill Out Hiring Paperwork. Yup Alex Was Awesome. Yeah Because Of Covid Had To Do Interview On Face Time. Oh But Had To Borrow A Apple Phone Because My Phone Wouldn't Link Up With The Hiring Managers Phone. Oh The Waiting Area We Filled Out Are Paperwork Was Way To Small For The Two People, In It Plus Employees Picking Up Check's. Oh They Also Have Allstate Insurance Company Here Too.

Please listen to the negative reviews about this company. I learned the hard way. Served 14 years in the U.S. Navy. six of which I spent in a senior leadership position as a Chief. Honorably Discharged. I decided security is something that would translate to civilian life. So I disregarded everything that was said about this company and applied. What a HUGE mistake. I resigned before I even started. Interviewed by their hiring person whose name I will not say but if you read reviews I know you have seen it before. She informed me the job needed someone right away. To my delight I accepted. After accepting I signed some paper and was told to be ready for “Orientation”. Before orientation even started there were issues. First the time they said orientation was going to be was completely disregarded because the owner had another meeting. Other people who had signed with the company couldn't log into the virtual orientation. Here is why. The invitation that was sent out had the wrong date on it. Guess who pointed this out. Once the owner figured out they used the wrong date they sent another email and people still had issues but he went ahead anyway. Red flag number two. During orientation the owner gives a name and number for the supervisor for the site I was supposed to be at. After orientation I make contact with said supervisor who tells me someone else is the supervisor????? Red flag number 3. This person tells me that the other person will contact me. Mind you I still have no idea of a schedule or details about the site. Four days later still no contact. I informed the owner and the person who hired me directly that I did not wish to work with this company. Communication problems, unprofessional and ghetto. If you are older and have standards for where you work DO NOT APPLY HERE. I find it crazy that someone with my experience struggles to find good work but these people who care nothing about their employees own a business.

I've been in the security industry over 20 years. I've worked for some good companies and some bad ones. I have to say this has been one of the better companies I've worked for. Obviously there are good and bad employee's as well as candidates who are not a good fit. That's who you will see creating bad reviews, Warning people to run away/stay away or never work for that specific company. I say if you have a strong work ethics, flexible and willing to work you will be successful in any company. As far as Allstate, I showed my knowledge, experience and the value I bring to this company by doing the work not just talking about it and my experience with this company has been a positive one. The office staff is friendly and respectful. There is plenty of work, if you are able to and willing to come in and work. The Boss has an open door policy The pay is in par with the experience of each individual candidate Bottom line is, You want to be successful? strive to be the best! Training, attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, dedication and always keep learning and you will get far. For those of you who think security is just a paycheck do us a favor, go do something else!
