We placed a reservation to come in & view the unit to get an idea of the size & space before we can confirm the order. Within few min. Shanena reached out to us which was very helpful. She sounded very courteous & helpful, so we confidently booked an appointment to visit the facility. She happily greeted us upon arrival, showed us to the unit & explained us how the reservations/cancellations work. She made us feel comfortable as this is the first time ever we are planning to do the move ourselves. She understood our hesitation and provided many available options with other locations as well. Great job !! Kudos to her.

Shana is absolutely amazing!!! We came in January to rent a unit and she was very friendly and very compassionate with our situation. I had called her yesterday explaining our issue and offered to transfer units to one suitable to our needs. I went in today and switched units and there was ice in front of the door she immediately ran out to put what she had left of ice melt down and went and got a gentleman (very friendly as well) to put a more industrial melt down so we didn’t get hurt while moving our items. Thank you for going above and beyond!
