We had an amazing meal at this restaurant starting with the old fashions then moving on to the calamari which was out of sight! and then for our main course with both had the short ribs which fell apart and were super tender.and then finished up with the root beer cookies and ice cream which were fantastic. We loved it so much we went back for lunch the next day!

First time here at the recommendation of a friend in the area. Wonderful ambience with a roaring fire! Food was good, but it was a bit pricey. I’d go back only for a special occasion. Husband is a true Reuben connoisseur & said the Reuben sandwich was yummy!

I call this place a hidden gem simply because the restaurant exterior doesn't look like your typical restaurant. Once you enter the lobby, the place has a rustic feel to it that is both warm and welcoming. The owner was so nice and friendly. Food was incredibly tasty. This sweet and spicy chicken and waffle was an interesting take on this dish.

We came to saddle room for the first time to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The overall atmosphere was very cozy and fun. We appreciated the Covid protocols and the plexi/plastic diving the booths. We had the pleasure of having Tiffany serve us. She was knowledgeable and attentive despite the fact that she seemed super busy. We did have a few delays with our dinner which was addressed by Tiffany and someone we are assuming to be a manager. We weren’t in a rush and we’re enjoying ourselves and the evening. As a gesture of good faith and for rewarding our patience, they comped two of our drinks and gave us free dessert. As I said this was completely unnecessary since we didn’t mind the wait and understand setbacks since we know the struggles of the service industry. We were blown away by the kind gesture and the constant acknowledgement that we had to wait slightly longer than normal. This establishment went above and beyond to make our evening memorable and enjoyable despite any issues we encountered. The food was simply divine and Tiffany was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and gave the best suggestions. We are already looking forward to returning again for another perfect evening.
