Dylan is the Best employee Ever! He came to our house today, very professional, but kind and explain everything. He was so knowledgeable & really likes his job! I really trusted him and his advice. He took care of our problem which we had many years! Even in the hot sun, still had a smile on his face. We need more Dylans in this world. Especially now! Thank you Dylan! Linda Lake

As all reviews AN ENDLESS, HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. Probably the most poorly run, dishonest organization in California. Why do they have bullet proof glass and a man with a huge weapon in the lobby? It’s so obvious now: instead of improving customer service just threaten use, scare us, send an intimidating message. instead of cooperating just bill us endlessly, incorrectly. RCW is it French for “Fraud?” How do they have two stars when the only stars are on the one inch fingernail’s or around the “queen” signs of the employees that refuse to help…ever.

Rancho Water Rancho is a company that charges excessive fees to its customers and is NOT an easy company to deal with- I am Filling a petition to the State to look in on the excessive charges that they are charging. They take NO consideration to their customers and how COVID-19 has changed our world. If I could give them a 0 I would. State regulators should look at this corrupt organization- it is coming soon.

The water comes out when I turn on the faucet and if I have any questions or concerns they promptly answer the phone. It would be nice if they had lower service charges for low water users. I only use $10 of water, but The service charge is about $60.

EMWD operates a waste water treatment plant in Temecula, just west of Diaz Rd. Sometimes it does smell a bit. They do work hard to address that issue. Are there certain areas where you smell it?
