I came here for a chest x-ray (place #4 of the day due to places saying they do them but then didn't or wouldn't, but that's a whole separate issue). X-rays are walk-in only. I'm Deaf. Because of that, I cannot request an interpreter in advance. And honestly, that's okay, because I can easily communicate with the staff with a small amount of effort on both our parts. I do it in every single place of business on Earth every day of my life just fine. Except this office wouldn't put in the effort. They were rude. I was clearly an annoyance to them and they couldn't be bothered to assist me (even though it's required by law). They yelled at me (because that of course is going to make me Hearing). They expected me to just hear them each time they called me, even though I asked them to wave at me or write things down, etc. AND I wrote that I was Deaf at the top of my papers. They refused. None would move their masks even so I could read lips. They just yelled instead. It's moronic, degrading, and embarrassing. Two patients in the waiting room did more than the entire staff here. Only one woman, who was taking the payments, gestured and wrote stuff on post-its for me and we had excellent communication. Thank you to her. When it was time for me to go back (actually me, since I went up several times incorrectly since they just yell), no one explained anything to me. I noticed they had a long explanation for other x-ray patients but they didn't bother to try with me. When I WAS talked to, it was not facing me and was through a mask. I repeated myself over and over (I speak very clear English and talk for myself since I grew up Hearing) for them to please face me and lower the mask but I was ignored. In the actual x-ray room itself, more yelling at me from behind my back. Repeating myself got exhausting and just made the techs more hateful. As if I was asking them to cut off their own arms for me. Clear masks would avoid most of this and yet medical offices won't use them. This office needs training on how to speak, interact with, and accommodate people with disabilities. It was unacceptable and against the ADA. I will never come here again and have already told my Deaf friends to avoid it as well. Teach your staff about audism. This was horrible.

I just want to say, "Thank You," to all of the staff members who assisted me at my visit at Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging. The check in was very easy. The person who checked me in was very nice and professional. There were a lot of people in the waiting area, I thought that I was going to have a long wait. By the time I sat down, my name was called three minutes later. The person who walked me back to the area where I had to change into the hospital gown was very nice, professional and helpful. The person who did my mammogram was very nice and professional. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging. I am most definitely going to recommend Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging to my family and friends.

Parking was great, the office waiting area was great, the treatment room & MRI equipment was impressive. The staff was awesome, and kind every step of the way. Reception was great, the technician/nurses were great, and they went out of their way willingly to make me comfortable, relaxed, and smiling. If you're considering this location for your treatment/testing, I recommemd these humans! I'm 100% satisfied, and more than happy to write this review. :)

Friendliest people I've met in the last two years! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt welcome and cared for. Moreover, they knew I was concerned about being confined in a small space for forty minutes, so they took their time and explained the whole procedure in advance. Then, did a "dry" run just to see how I'd feel. Their kind, courteous, and professional approach eased my concerns and I made it through the with flying colors. My deepest thanks and gratitude to all the staff. Keep up the good work!
