This guys like a joke. I came there for oul chance and told me in 2 hours job will done. I figured they didn’t even have oil filter i wait 2,5 hour for noting. I left without job done.

Shop workers are extremely slow and have no concept of time came in for tires and was told I would be in a bay in about an hour....... well I've already been waiting for over 5 hours to get 4 trailer tires replaced and they've only had one truck in the bay getting some tires put on a trailer the whole time it does not take 5 hours plus to swap tires and if it does you should be FIRED Update after waiting for 6.5 hours finally pulled into shop 1.5 hours later finally pulled out of bay total time to change 4 tires 8 HOURS!!!!!!! I would HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else if you need any work done

5 pm I stop at the tire shop for change my tire. After 7 hr the guy I think his name John told me he may no be able to change my tire until tomorrow I can’t believe this happened he should told me that when I arrive that he can’t do that not to make me waiting for 7 hr then say I can’t do, this guy not listening and he don’t care about drivers and our time if he told me I could called road side service I really need this tire to be change. he make me behind schedule to deliver my load Anyway I stay there until next day I saw few guys from day shift they start Chang tire done at 11am . Because I hade bad experience with this place I didn’t rust them I check my tire I found they broke Another tire Valve thanks to Jerry he is hard working guy and another one also I didn’t ask his name. Any way night shift zero stars I don’t recommend any one to go there (((((dayshift was ok))))))

Techs were still pleasant when it came to doing air pressure check, on truck and trailer. But process was a wait. Will definitely start doing it myself. Loves is gonna loose easy money on this service
