The newly relocated bus stop for Greyhound was easy to get to . I was protected from the rain by overhead coverings. It was clean and well kept. There was a table there for the convenience of people waiting for the bus to arrive. Business next to the stop was open for the sale of bus tickets which gave one a sense of security.

This was my first time taking the long ride back home by way of a Greyhound Bus. The route was long and arduous and filled with all sorts of people from all walks of life. It was a new experience for me and I dare say I felt somewhat overwhelmed by all of the different sounds that assailed my ears. I feel blessed that I made it safely to my destination. I experienced a lot of anxiety and found myself unable to sleep very much at all and found it difficult to follow the verbal instructions of the drivers. It was all I could do to not want to make a big scene by telling others to shut up. So, I found myself unable to enjoy the ride home.

Hopefully Greyhound will never see my butt in one of his buses never again, service is terrible, specially Atlanta hub, employees yelling and insulting out to customers and you cannot answer back other ways they get you out of the bus, incredibe delays on the buses, 5 to 6 hours delay, and more, a real nightmare. I wish I can put negative stars, then yes, and only then I will give them -5 stars

There is a 1-800 number posted somewhere in the bus to report on drivers. Not sure if it will be worth your time though.
Depends on the day and if you buy at the station or online and if you buy online if you use a travel website or if you just buy from the site. At the station is the most expensive. Their website is the next most expensive. Travel websites like Travelocity and Kayak are where you can find the best deal. Also, if you buy one for, say, tomorrow it may be more expensive then buying one like 3 months out. Hope this helps.
8 to 9:30 AM. Monday through friday
It's just an outside bus stop, offering little protection from the weather. Make your reservation online or call Greyhound.
