Lived here for little over a year, Overall really nice, quiet place. Only complaints are that the smoke detectors will go off if you look at them too long, and that they offer 24 hour maintenance and have their own crews that work the buildings yet charge you 75$ for opening a door for you that they themselves have endless key copies of. So they send their own maintenance crew to charge you like they are locksmiths. Other than that the actual office for Willow Brooke is amazing everyone is always willing to help and work with you however the emergency contacts that Cunat has are a very different story.

Toward the end of my living there the cops were in our building nearly once every night for at least a month. Our smoke detector went off if we so much as preheated our oven or took a hot shower. On the plus side it was affordable and the large patios were nice. Edited to add: I once called the office to let them know my water was brown and she yelled at me when I asked if there was a boil notice and if I should avoid drinking it until it was fixed.

They make you pay for a parking sticker but then allow whoever to park where they want. Called numerous times about this issue as people would be having party's and there would be no place to park because of the guest parking in the resident parking area. Nothing was ever done. But they will be quick to charge you for a sticker. Also if you had any complaints they act as if they cared but nothing ever done about the issue. I would never recommend these apartments.
