Of all the auto parts stores in the area, I've found this to be the most efficient. Parts are usually in stock and when not, they are good at placing an order and contacting the customer when part arrives. Also, the staff are friendly appear knowledgable and offer help and tips and suggestions to make the DIY work easier. Addendum 5/9/22 Went in to have them scan my check engine light and although they provide this free service, their protocol changed and they can no longer get into the vehicle to do this. Thus, they gave me a crash course on obd scanner use, handed me the scanner, and had me bring it back in after scanning the codes. They then looked up the codes and gave me repair options.

Great customer service I had to rent a brake caliber compressor kit and returned it with no problems. Also I bought brake pads at a great price.

Extremely rude staff. Went in to check if you had our shopping carts because your staff takes them from our shared parking lot for their own use. We have had to go over several times to talk with your staff about taking our carts and keeping them in your store. Super disappointed as we do share a parking lot and cannot trust the staff to not take our things we get a huge attitude from your counter woman when we are looking for them. The staff is not kind and should not take what is not theirs. Provide carts for your company.

I have bought new brake pads and brake calipers also rotors last year 6/16/18 This year one of the brake caliper failed which cause my pads to wear down prematurely. Bought new the again so I would later return them for warranty. I went this store to return the parts they gave the run around said they couldn't take the parts under because I didn't buy from one store. Eve though the parts had lifetime warranty . So I left phone number for store manager so he would give my a call tback Never received a phone call. Beware of buying parts at this company they don't stand by there warranty
