This particular Torrid always has great deals! A lot of buy 1 get 2 free clearance deals run throughout the year. The women that work here are generally happy to help you. They greet you, ask if they can help, then stay out of your way until it's time to get a dressing room. I'm always happy with their customer service (except for one manager, skinny blond, she was always rude no matter what day I saw her... I'm pretty sure she doesn't work there anymore). I will always choose Torrid for my plus size clothing, being a fat girl doesn't have to be a bad thing and Torrid will always remind us that we can look beautiful, sassy, daring, and sexy in their wear.

The employees at TORRID are unkind and unprofessional. It was my first time visiting this store and my last. As I walked into the store and searched for jeans, I over heard the employees talking out loud. One employee said, she's too skinny to be in here as another said, she can't hide all that thickness under there. It made me and my party feel uncomfortable. I am a plus size women and have difficulty finding clothes; therefore, I continued shopping. I patiently waited 5 minutes for a key locked dressing room. I was the only person waiting within the near empty store; meanwhile the three employees were in conversation amongst themselves laughing near the cash register. In the end, the cashier Dani disregarded me. She handed me my bag without looking at me, nor did she say thank you or have a good day. Instead I said it to her. An unfortunate missed opportunity in gaining a loyal costumer.
