No way , the person who care the house IS SO MEAN !!!! We went we our dog and didn't saw one stupid signs about the don't permit the dogs entrance and the man so Mean with us .we did never be bad with him.

About 40 dollars an hour 5 hour minimum with a deposit. Park closes at sunset. There is not a playground there but a bounce house is allowed with a Permit.
No it is not haunted , just because a place is old, doesn't mean it's haunted, Its a nice peaceful historic place
I don't know that any docent actually opens the doors for walk through tours. I've never seen that on the city's website.
