First the park is a bit away from civilization but not too much, which is nice. It has a stream running right next to it. There are 2 dog parks and Horse trail, a big playground multiple shaded areas, Plenty of benches and also bathrooms for men and women. Great park to take the kids or picnic just to stop and relax .

Big playground for the kids to play on. I love that. Clean working bathrooms. Lots of trees to climb as they are old and thick sturdy trees. Lots of trees means lots of shade to lounge around in. Clean healthy gras to throw a blanket down and relax.

Yes for the safety of the dog and people there, plus they have dog runs one for small group one for large group. Plus you can get a ticket for not securing your dog's. The park ranger is there a lot.
The above answers of no bringing your barbecue I believe is correct
I would call the Community Center or the park rangers and ask them what's going on with the restrooms.
I'm not really sure, but I go there at All hours of the night because I like to look at the moon and consolations and galaxy with my telescope, and no one has Ever said nothing to me... hope I was able to help a little bit lol... Have a Blessed day!
