One of the most meh experiences in nearly a decade of traveling and experiencing good food and beer. Servers were pretentious and unitintersted in truly serving. Seats were pretty gross and covered in dog hair and stains. Selection was less than I expected, and the canned options left much to be desisted. The beer itself was pretty good, but everything else fell short. Baird quickly to another brewery. Wouldn’t go back.

Went to Modern Times yesterday for my birthday. Inside was clean and comfortable. I felt cozy drinking a beer with my husband. The service was friendly and timely. They have a wide selection of beer from light to stout.. I look forward to my next visit!

We already knew we loved Modern Times, having had plenty of their beer and gone to their tap room in Oakland, but this visit was a fresh reminder of why we love them! Every beer that they make is excellently crafted. We ordered a couple flights so we could try more options in our visit and we asked for recommendations in each category. Personal favorites were the Sparkle Nectar (I think? It was the smoothie seltzer) in the Getting Caught in the Rain flavor and Affogato stout. They were both incredible! It was also fun to check out their house-roasted coffee. I can't wait to try the rum barrel-aged one when we go home!

This place was great. Located in a industrial area. Staff was very friendly. The beers are great. The selection of to go beer and coffee was great. They roast their own coffee in house. The decor is one of a kind. The bar was made from stacks of books. They had a large mural made from post-it notes.

Yes
1liter fills are around 12 bucks if the particular beer is available. They also have crowlers
On website for North Park Flavordome (tasting room), they allow dogs in patio.
12PM to 10PM according to their website.
Sorry. No dogs. Service pets. No patio either.
No dinner, we do have little snacks such as pretzels and chips at the bar, as well as vegan pastries at our cafe, but nothing too filling. You can, however, bring in your own food, and there are PLENTY of options around the area.
As far as I know the only way to get a tour is to bribe an employee into showing you around. Although, you can see just about everything from the tasting room.
