Came into open an account for my daughter on a Saturday morning. After sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes listening to one of the bankers have small talk with someone they told me they did not have time to open an account for her that day (figure the 15 minutes of jabbering would have been enough time). Then they tell me I can open an account online - NOPE, 16 year old kids have to do it in a branch. Going to close my accounts (30 year customer) and open a new account for myself and my daughter at a bank with better customer service

They miss when your card is scammed and someone in California uses it to buy stamps (I live in Iowa) but decline your use when you are 2 hours from home trying to buy flowers for your daughters gravesite. Other than that...

I went in to get temporary checks printed and they charged me $3. A friend of mine said he did the same thing a week earlier and got charged nothing. I have a bunch of tattoos and had a ball cap on. He said he went in after work in his dress clothes. Makes me wonder if I had looked different maybe I wouldn't have been charged. Very judgmental employees here.
