This place has everything, and good quality stuff. But so much more expensive. If you need something in a pinch or you just wanna spoil yourself it's good for that. Otherwise stick to Home Depot.

Local hardware store that caters to the community in Rockridge. It does not have its own parking but street and nearby BART(on weekends) parking can be found. Small store but packed to the ceiling.

Cutest local hardware store/variety shop around. I believe theres also a location or two in SF. The staff at the Rockridge store are friendly and helpful, and they have a wide variety of hardware, home care, gardening, DIY, and gift items. There is an upstairs and downstairs. No elevator but they do have a chair lift to access downstairs.

Great little neighborhood hardware store where I usually find everything I need and more. Their employees are super friendly and helpful, sometimes you find one that knows a lot about what do you need, while other times they’re less experienced people helping, but everyone is trying to do their best and that is really great. It is great that they are open on Sundays which has helped me and saved me many times from having to go to other neighborhoods. I will continue to go there and give them my business so they stay as a great local neighborhood hardware store
