The chicken was gross and very fatty. The coleslaw was put in bag with hot food so by time we got home we had warm coleslaw soup. The drive thur people were very nice

It's been 10 years since I visited a KFC, they shorted my dad on his order. Today I thought maybe it'll be different gave KFC the benefit of the doubt that I wouldn't be short on my order. Long be hold I ordered 12 piece chicken only gotten 8. And they forgot my cookies I ordered. I will never go back to a KFC. This restaurant needs better customer service. Corporate needs to do something about it.

I love KFC anytime I get it. I normally get the 4 piece tender meal with mashed potatoes. I used DoorDash for the first time today and ordered that exact thing and got 4 piece legs. I didn’t know about this until my delivery person arrived and told me. I had it and a wire popped loose with braces. I wish I was notified about this so I could’ve avoided spending $20 on something that I’m not able to have. Very disappointed and dissatisfied
