Just got off the phone with a lady at the front desk. Ask a simple question and she hung up on me without asking if I had anything else to ask.

I came in expecting a long wait or to be sent to the ER due to the severity of my symptoms. PA. Hudson gave me hope that our medical system is not completely broken. I was treated like I was a person and I mattered not just a number. She was caring but direct about my health issue.

Appreciated the whole experience. It is easy to navigate parking. Checking in was very quick, and those helping where kind. Was seen fairly quickly by a nurse, had to wait bit longer for the doctor, but the doctor what’s exactly what kind of doctor you want. Thorough, kind, informative. They even drew blood, and it was the first experience I wasn’t tortured by. The nurse who drew my blood is the best I’ve ever had.

How anyone can give this facility anything other than a one-star review is beyond me. Their overall attitude is one of apathy and they act as if they're doing you a favor by being there. I was seen at the urgent care last night. The PA said she would send 2 prescriptions to the pharmacy. The pharmacy didn't receive them. When we called to sort it out, we were hung up on. It took several phone calls and over 40 minutes to get one of the two prescriptions. Also, I had an x-ray. The PA told me to call in the morning to get the results as she couldn't read it and no radiologists were on duty. I called 9am and was told someone one call me back before noon. They didn't. I left a message for Michelle in Quality Management and called again after 12 pm and spoke with Tina. While I was speaking with Tina, she was rude and told me that someone had called me at 11:29. When I tried to tell her that they didn't and that was concerning the prescription she kept interrupting and wouldn't let me know if the results were in. As I was on the phone with Tina, Michelle called. I merged the call with Tina so the person in Quality Management could hear for herself how I was being treated. However, instead of assisting, Michelle made things worth by constantly interrupting not listening and threatening to disconnect the call. You would think an organization meant to help sick people would have a different attitude when it comes to patient care. But this organization can't handle simple tasks like ordering prescriptions or providing diagnostic results in a timely manner.

Dear Denise, Per our Radiology Department, unfortunately, patients are not able to view their imaging on our NextMD patient portal. However, we do have an alternative option, patients can set up a patient account with nucleus.io. This is a web based/cloud based image sharing platform that we use to share imaging with both outside specialists, hospital’s and the patient’s themselves! Of note: This is not a Graybill imaging program, but an outside HIPAA compliant vendor we use. So, if patients have trouble creating an account they would need to contact nucleus directly as they have their own tech support etc… I have attached the link below if you would like to check it out. https://nucleus.io/patients/ Sincerely, Josie Davison Marketing Specialist @ Graybill Medical Group
