Danny sold me a dirty heat press he knew wasn't any good. I take it home, clean it up, and it's not working properly. Won't heat up to the temperature indicated. I went through 5 patches that had to be trashed. I asked asked for my money back because I still need to finish my order and don't have a press. He said I completed the order and was now trying to get my money back. Basically, that I was trying to get over on him. No, on the contrary, now I'm out of time and money. Then, when I called the store to explain, the lady that answered said I was yelling and hung up in my face 😐 No, ma'am, I'm not yelling; however, I am upset that I was basically called a thief, now have to find a working press, and lost the day I had to work on them. That's what you are hearing, not yelling. I believe the way this was handled was very unprofessional. I also do truly believe he assumed I was trying to "get over" on him because I have a little more melanin 🤷🏾‍♀️ Response to reply: I'll help you out with that. The staff at your business are rude, unprofessional, and from the moment I walked in customer service was lacking. Seems to be a common thread from other reviews. Have a nice day.

Beautiful embroidery! The staff was friendly and did a great job on the embroidery on my daughters' Dream Duffel dance bags. We've been going to them for almost 6 years now and have been happy with all our orders.

This was the worst customer experience I have had in a really long time. The service here is abysmal at best and it is followed up with terrible craftsmanship. These people ruined the garment I took for embroidery and instead of fixing it or reimbursing the cost of the jacket, they offered only the reimbursement of the embroidery which equaled next to nothing compared to the cost of the ruined jacket. They were extremely rude even after admitting that it was their mistake. This is only after they gave false information over the phone about the timing and costs required for their services to get people in the door. I will never use them and I do not recommend anyone else use them in the future. I had to purchase another jacket and go elsewhere to have the garment done correctly.

I took a jacket in to have a name and patch put on and was not happy with the work .. the young girl who hep me was not to helpful. With being in the business I would think they would of offer some suggestions on what would look nice. I was very disappointed. I ask to have the patch remove and replace. They did not offer any discounts for the unsatisfactory work. I had to pay full price the second time. For future needs , I will be going elsewhere.
