Called and asked 3 times if they engraved martini glasses. I walk in at rush hour, fill out a form, hand them my glasses, and they said they couldn’t do it. No apologies, or anything. I just put the glasses back in my box and left. I waited all that time just to be told no. I wish I saved the trip there. Very very disappointed.

I had to return 3x for my personalized gift. 2x on the date of purchase and once the following day when I was told it still wasn't done and the form had been lost. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst service I have ever had at any time of year.
