Since the new owners took over in 2020, service has been excellent! The high school kids they have working there most of them have customer service skills that are beyond expected. Whenever I am in town, this place is a required stop, rain or shine! Thanks again for the great service and delicious treats!

Kids working there are friendly but socializing too much especially when it's busy. Have to repeat the order a number of times at the speaker and another 4 times at the window for just 2 items. Should have an adult there to minimize the problems.

Everytime you go the teens have their friends at the window just gossiping. Ordered 2 hot dogs and ice cream for my kiddos. No napkins and the hot dogs were ice cold. Asked if I could get hot hot dogs they figured microwave until it was soooo hot it dried up and was garbage. Gave it two tries and won't be another!

Good place to go but theres a few workers that shouldnt work there for sure. Also they dont clean anything when they make ice cream. Ordered a cookie dough blizzard once and it tasted like banana...which is what the person in front of me had ordered
