Friday evening I took guests to Kiel location. We waited to be seated for a long time while two employees debated over which table the should give us . Having these lengthy discussions in front of a customer with a half empty restaurant doesn’t seem appropriate. We ordered pizza , salad, brisket sandwich with Salad fine, pizza great, brisket terrible! Tough fatty meat that was not edible. Waitress was new there and did a nice job. Maybe next time Parker John

I have ordered here probably a dozen or more times and each time I get more disappointed with the food quality. Sometimes the food isn't cooked enough, next time over cooked, forgetting items with the dishes, lacking flavor... And the dishes themselves seem to be put together in a sloppy manner, and simply not good (even the tots are bland and lacking flavor). I only order certain things now if I order from here at all.

The food is excellent and the service is great, love the pulled pork and brisket. We use the catering service also, and it has worked very well, food is ready at pick up and freshly prepared!

I can't say enough about how GREAT the food was. I love BBQ, what guy doesn't. My wife drives 4 hours for ice cream I would drive fours hours fore a full stomach and a cooler for of ribs. This food is the BEST the north has to offer. Heck it beats some not all southern but some southern BBQ.
