The store had an amazing selection, carrying most items that Patagonia sells. The staff were great about checking in on you without it seeming too pushy. Anytime I wanted to try something on and couldn't find my size an employee was always helpful and went out of their way to check both the site's in store inventory as well as other store inventory. Everyone was not only very knowledgeable on the products, they were also very personable and easy to talk to. I feel like I've been friends with half of the people for years after only just meeting them.

I shop at Patagonia quite often, mostly online. I went into the store the other day and wow the customer service was terrible I thought it was just in general but no. This lady who was white walks in a little after I do and she’s greeted and they strike a conversation with her. I was quite offended bcuz they didn’t bother to do that to me and I hate to think it’s bcuz of my skin color… I quickly brushed it off and continued looking for the product I was looking for. This young gentlemen around his 20’s was the only one who was nice and asked if I needed help with anything and it made me feel a little better. I finished my shopping and when I went to checkout the cashier was so dull and no conversation was made. I’ve worked in retail a couple times and it was considered rude to do this so 🤷🏽♀️ overall love the clothes for my family and I but I they need to work much harder on their customer service

Super helpful...I recently ordered a vest online but the bottom snap was loose. I brought it in store to see if they could fix it but they couldn't do it in store so would have to send it off to be repaired but that could have taken 7-9weeks...winter would be over by then and I didn't want to wait that long so they did an exchange and are shipping me a new one in the next few days from a different store. Stoked.

This store is like no other I’ve seen. I was really impressed as to how it’s setup and the selection offered. Patagonia is one of those companies that actually takes pride in their products. I’ve heard many stories about how Patagonia coming through doing the right thing for the customer. They don’t outsource their clothing to Chinese sweatshops, therefore the pricing is justified in their opinion.

No appointments needed for return only. Their staff at the door (more like the parking lot) can help you when you're there. They also help if you'd like too exchange
They are still open with controlled entry rules.
I don't know . I'm not staff. Sorry
Yes. Super friendly customer service. They couldn't fix my raincoat jacket zipper, so they told me pick a brand new one at the shop.
You just missed the winter season sale. Get on their mailing list.
One of the concerns would be the potential introduction of contamination into the waters. This is an emergency measure that gets exempted from normal environmental regulatory review. Consequently, no testing of the material is probably being done. Mud and ash themselves are natural materials and wouldn't be considered hazardous materials. But this debris may contain pollutants such as untreated sewage, chemicals such as oils, gas, solvents and any other household and commercial chemicals. I don't know where exactly they're being dumped, kn the beach or shallow water, but there could be also physical hazards such as glass, ails and other sharp objects that could potentially injure beach users.
They are open today 12- 31 from 11:00 to 5:00 .
I checked yesterday and they're not open due to the fire.
