You get what you expect from Pizza Hut at this location. My orders have been accurate. Service is normally fairly friendly.

The order was delivered over 50 minutes late after the scheduled arrival time on the app. The driver had no idea where he was going. When the food finally got here, the wings were luke warm at best, and the box of Cinna Stix was smashed, and frosting was all over the inside of the box. When I called, the manager did offer to deliver a fresh order to me, but continued to tell me that the reason it was late was because they are short staffed and the order was " sitting out for a while" and complained that he was salary and was working too much. I decided not to have a fresh order made and just reheated the order to my liking. My dog really enjoyed the smashed Cinna Stix though. If you're going to order pizza hut, just go get it yourself unless you are okay waiting 2 hours for your food to get there at room temperature.

The only deal with any real value is gone now (7.99 large carryout). The food isn't worth more than 20$ for 2 large 3 topping pizzas. There are a few good delivery deals but then you have to wait for the delivery, which this store takes way longer than it should, and after the tip the deal is moot. Maybe if the food was better quality and consistently prepared right, then maybe I'd change my mind. There are way to many affordable food places around that have much better quality food for a fair price.

When I ordered my pizza, the tracker said it left the Pizza Hut at 05:30pm, I live at the most 5 minutes away. I called the store when it was pushing 45 minutes, and the manager told me "It is what it is, and the driver just left 2 minutes ago. The pizza finally arrived 1 hour after the posted time. Also it was cold! This is the second time this has happened. Not happy! Sorry I will not be ordering from here again.
