Dr Cj Jarvis is amazing. She got every bone cracking . I was very shocked that she was able crack my lower back waist . As for the front desk attendant lady was so welcoming too. I will definitely return for another adjustment.

On 4/22, I arrived at 2:10pm during my one hour lunch to get service I paid for the sessions and once I walked in they told me that they are not accepting anyone and they will be going to lunch for 1 1/2 hour. Not very professional at all and no sign saying out for lunch or etc. Very upset because I missed my lunch hour from work and drove all the way for nothing.

Dr. Spector is the best, in only two weeks I felt so much relief in my back, neck and specially in my constant migraines, and the service at the place is another level customer service! I'm greatful for the staff and Dr.Spector, she's the BEST! 👌

I had had positive experiences with both front desk and the chiropractors in this office until today. I walked in at 3:49pm...google said they closed at 4. I drove 25min with lower back pain...as I’m walking in the front desk lady Janey or Jenny makes this loud “UGHHH” as she sees me walk in. I even looked around to see if that was for me in disbelief. She then goes “Ughhhh we can’t see you” it’s too late and the dr needs to make notes. So I tell her I drove 25’min if she could ask because the last person in the office was saying good bye. She said no, her tone in voice seemed very rude telling me they tell us to be there at 3:45 the latest. I will be cancelling my membership, I would rather pay more elsewhere but know I will be taken care of. The lady who was walking out tells me as we walk to our cars she had been rude to her too and also didn’t want her to be seen saying it was too late. My recommendation to this office is to make sure when we sign the membership contract to say what time is last call.

Will I receive the same chiropractor every time?

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.

Do you offer chiropractic adjustments for children?

Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.

Do you have private adjustment rooms?

Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.

No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
