Out of the 5 times I’ve been here they say the frozen thing is down when I know it’s not they don’t answer the intercom they said they are cleaning the ovens. It’s the worst one ever

Absolutely worst service. I’m not joking when I say 50% of the time my coffee isn’t made correctly. I finally called back, and the lady told me there wasn’t a manager, wouldn’t give me her name, and then told me to show a receipt when they didn’t give me one. Then I told her that she didn’t give me one, and she said I should have asked for a receipt. Absolutely worst Dunkin Doughnuts. I almost drove back thru the drive thru just to throw my coffee thru the window.

AWFUL service. I was given change for a $10 when I gave them a $20. I pointed it out immediately. The cashier said she couldn't do anything about it. I would have to contact the manager Sierra after she viewed the video in a few days. Sierra is never there though. I called repeatedly. Never called me back. Then, finally, after almost two weeks they gave me a gift card for $10. Yeah! It was never the $10, but the principal of the thing. So the gift card makes it all better. Right? Nope. I go to use it for the first time. The manager has loaded no money on it. Unbelievable. Ripped off again. Please do not go there. I would leave zero stars if it were possible.

Three times this month we have gone in the middle of the day and none responds in the drive-thru. The inside of the store has been closed since March 2020 so that is not an option either. When I call later, they say sorry and "something happened". Three times "something happened"? Maybe Corporate needs to pay this location a surprise visit. Horrible service.
