Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but there lowe’s employees don’t even know what they sell in store. I went to get an utility trailer and the girl in customer service didn’t event know they sell them. I had to explain her they are 5 x 8 and they are very visible outside and she said hold on I need to check if we have any.Long story, short they make me wait more than 30 minutes to tell me they didn’t have the license to sell those trailers.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! The cashier was understanding when we with no purchase! With our goofy weather, we are just getting ideas for what is available when the weather is finally normal! 80's yesterday, 60's today, 50's tomorrow and freezing overnight Tuesday and Wednesday! Typical, but definitely not normal for the Midwest!
