Horrible customer service. Stay aware. I sent my daughters for parasailing and bought the photo package. They did not take any pictures and made excuses they didnt see we paid for it. They should ask the passengers at the least. The lady who gave me partial refund was rude. She said what you want me to do. Mistakes happen. I realized later they just refunded 80% since i paid 20% online. Cheap business. Thats how they make their money. Not recommending this business to anyone.

I loved it my first time! And they were awesome and really funny! Tom and Sam got us high! 🪂🪂🪂🪂 will come back for sure! And do recommend for anyone going to Miami to go there, my pictures where awesome!

What an awesome experience!! The staff is super accommodating and they seem to have a lot of experience. We had an incredible time. the ride is neither too short nor too long perfect to catch a glimpse of Miami skyline.
