Your process need to improve. I get it, you need 2 forms to fill out. One that you can take home and fill with the package details and one with your own barcode or tracking. But can you at least give out the forms in front of the door so people waiting in line have time to write down all other required info and just hand it to the counter when they get in.

I have a scheduled pick up from 10-2 pm. Nobody showed up nor called. Need to follow up several times.This is not the first time that this happened. I hope the management will address this issue.

We have been using their shipping services for over 30 years and they have been great but in the last few months, they have scheduled my pickup and even confirmed the day before at least 4 times and still nothing. I called their number based in the Philippines to speak with someone and I was told that he would have someone contact me. I decided to give them one more chance and what do you know! I was told that they would come (again) between 1-6 so I cancelled my dental appointment for this and it is now 6:50pm. Where are they? Who knows. I have been waiting for a call back and I’m still waiting. I called again to follow up and she said that someone will be calling me today. Let’s wait and see....
