Another fine dining establishment owned by Henry Doane. Everything from the environment,food, and staff were excellent. I spent 2 hours there and it didn't even feel like it because I was enjoying myself so much

Loved it! Drinks were divine, dinner was delicious, and music tied the whole experience together perfectly. Try to make it there for happy hour specials - the best shrimp cocktail for sure! - which lasts until 7 pm. Music by CED BA'ETCH' starts at 5:30 on 2nd and 4th Thursdays and provides the perfect backdrop for a very pleasant evening. Nothing raucous, nothing staid or pompous. Just really really nice.

We took a chance on trying a new restaurant for our first wedding anniversary dinner...and it was a worthwhile gamble! After we were seated in a cozy, quiet little corner of the lovely dining room with some soft natural light streaming in the window next to us, we met our FANTASTIC server John who offered excellent, spot-on recommendations. We had the Awniker cocktail (so different and interesting!), a Bordeaux Blanc wine, oysters (two east coast, two west coast--see pics for specific types), lobster bisque, scallops appetizer, swordfish entree, shrimp/scallop/grits entree, hash browns with scallions side, wild rice with mushrooms side, vanilla creme caramel flan dessert, and pear upside-down cake dessert. Everything was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delectable! We'll return!
