Great view, but it's in California so too many people. Nice hike though, with a number of options. I always wondered why so many brush fires as well, dry as all get out.

Vegetation has started growing back after the 2018 fire. Nice hike with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. Recent rains have washed out the trail in some places so watch your step. Overall a really nice place to go for a walk.

As with most hikes along PCH, this one offers beautiful views of the Santa Monica mountains and Pacific Ocean. It's a fairly easy hike of approximately 2 miles with 500 feet elevation gain but it can get quite hot on a sunny day. I found the paths a bit too overgrown in June 2018.

Amazing trail that is not too difficult to hike up. I highly recommend hiking up the left side to complete the loop. You'll get the best views that way. Plentiful free parking along Pacific coast highway. Be sure to stop by the restaurant at the foothill. It's absolutely amazing.

On the side of the beach there is parking for car, trucks, and RVs. It is right in the PCH 1 and it is small. You cant park on the other side of the road. If you drive a little bit there is a RV camping.
