I have been having some problems with some titles that I had some liens on. I took all my paperwork to the DMV and they spent all the time that I needed and helped me solve the problem. A big shout out to everyone that helped me. Thanks for everything.

Blonde woman that is an instructor for the skills test is VERY rude! She thinks she's hot stuff but she isn't. She is rude to everyone around her and every experience I've had with her has been awful. Stay away from this woman at all costs. She is a deeply unkind person.

Honestly today was there first day there wasn't an hour wait, the waiting room is open for public, no more standing outside in the weather. There are designated seats for appointments and walk ins. Overall was very happy with the service provided today.

If it's written my daughter just went and they just let her do the test for learners
The Elkins WV DMV is currently allowing walk-in's up until 3pm each day. It is first come first serve though and wait times vary. I recommend scheduling an appointment as you can usually get one just a few days to a week in advance and it drastically speeds up the process.
I’m pretty sure he can just transfer his license to an American license but it does vary between states. Some will even make you take the drivers test again.

Make sure you keep the receipt. That should help you if you get pulled over before it comes.
